It is with great pride that I open its doors to you for a large part of the year. This very bright and functional apartment is the perfect pied-à-terre to explore the heart of Dijon. Located on the 2nd floor of a typical Dijon building, it has been fully arranged, decorated and equipped for your comfort. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The main room of the apartment is composed of two spaces. The first has a large fully equipped open kitchen (electric stove, oven and microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle…) with a table and 4 chairs, as well as basic products to complete the equipment (coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, oil, jam…). The second space features a living room area with a corner sofa, coffee table and Smart TV where you can access national channels and Netflix streaming platform. A beautiful wooden and metal staircase with ramp gives you access to a spacious bedroom and its quality 160 x 200 cm bedding (sheets provided). The bedroom is open to the rest of the apartment and is secured by a railing. Enjoy a large closet/dressing room. Windows are equipped with blackout blinds. You will find the shower room on the first level of the apartment. This separate room with all the comforts features a sink with mirror, storage, a washing machine and a corner shower. Towels are provided as well as shower gel. Toilets are included in the bathroom. Linens will not be changed during the stay. Cleaning is carried out at check-in but will not be done during the stay. Guest access COMING FROM THE TRAIN STATION: - 7 minutes' walk; - 1 tram stop (T1 direction Quetigny or T2 direction Valmy > get off at Darcy stop then walk 300 m). COMING BY CAR: - secure underground parking in the city DiviaPark Grangier 50 m from the accommodation (€9/24h or €0.90 per half hour for drop-off); - street parking 500 m from the accommodation, choose orange parking spots with a parking meter (€4/day, free at night and on Sundays): Rue Pierre Paillot, Rue Jacques Cellerier, Avenue Victor Hugo... Other things to note To access the apartment floor, you have to take spiral stairs, which are nevertheless quite wide. Make sure you're comfortable with that.
