Other things to note House Guidelines — Please Read Carefully The house accommodates a maximum of 10 adults (plus 2 children and 2 infants) and up to 2 well‑behaved dogs. Our home is in a peaceful terraced street just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with neighbours on both sides. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the garden during warmer months when sound carries easily. ⏰ All indoor music must be turned off by 11pm. 🎶 No music devices in the garden. Noise travels easily and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours’ quiet enjoyment of their homes and gardens. 🚫 Parties, Visitors & Events Parties, large gatherings, and hen or stag parties are not allowed unless agreed in writing with the host beforehand. Only registered guests are permitted unless agreed in writing with the host in advance. Confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited as they are extremely hard to clear up. For security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. Please note that the house does not have an EV charger, and EV charging is not possible or permitted.
