Downtown Rambler with Full Amenities

This charming rambler is set right in the middle of town within walking distance to the Vernal LDS Temple, parks, the dinosaur museum and downtown eateries. The Uintah Basin provides many opportunities for day recreation at nearby Steinaker Reservoir and Red Fleet State Park, and Flaming Gorge is under an hour away. The patio and large yard provide ample space for play. There is also RV parking and hookups out back. Come play in Dinosaurland! The space The home has a large, round living room for gathering with two comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bunk room that will sleep five. Hallways and doors are wide enough for wheelchair access. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans as well as basics like oil, salt, and pepper. There is table seating for 14 between the kitchen table and dining room table. It is important to note that the master bath has a tub only while the hall bathroom has a shower only. Pets are welcome but please be respectful, clean up after your pet, and let us know if something is damaged. Ok? Ok! Guest access There is ample parking. Six cars can fit in the driveway with more parking in the rear. We can't imagine you would need it, but there is also parking on the street. It is an easy walk to downtown or easy driving distance to everything else.
