A Cozy, relaxed & chilled place for you, your family or friends. We would like to share this peaceful place to stay. Your home away from home. The space Our condo unit is just a few steps away from Ayala Feliz. The location is very strategic as it’s near Marikina, Antipolo, San Juan & QC. We have 2 bedrooms and 1.5baths. Masters bedroom has 1 queen bed with a storage and cabinet while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with the same type of storage units. We can comfortably accommodate max of 4 persons. A child below 4 years old can sleep with parents in master's bedroom. Guest access Entire unit is yours but only one bedroom will be allow to use if there only two guests are confirmed to stay upon booking. Please inform us which room is your choice for stay.You can access the playground and club house. Use of gym will charged you a certain fee. Swimming pool has a free access during weekdays without prior notice to admin. However, weekends has to be arranged due to the limitations of the number of guest to allow in the premises. Other things to note Please present your ID before checking in. List down the names of the person who will stay in the unit. ***Confirmed guest of 2 persons should inform us on which room they are using because the other will be locked. So please encode how many guest are staying and rate is charged accordingly. CHECK IN: 2PM up to 9:00PM only CHECK OUT: 12pm HOUSE RULES: (Please read carefully) 1. No pets allowed in the building. 2. No events/parties allowed in the condo. 3. Only registered guests are allowed inside the condo. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests . 4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit. 5. Always lock the unit door and turn off all appliances when leaving the condo unit. 6. Do not cook or fry any dried fish or squid. These creates a massive odour problem inside the house and other residents. You will be charged extra for cleaning services at Php 2,000.00 7. Beddings can be request for change and cleaning only once in a minimum of 1 week stay. Please let us know ahead of time. 8. A security deposit of 1,000 upon check in is required and will be refunded upon check out and if nothing is damaged or need to be collected. Lost Key: P300.00
