This pretty and comfortable "master" flexible room is located in a house that has three apartments. The room offers you a sink and shower as well as a 32-inch TV with Netflix and Youtube. In common areas, a toilet right next to the bedroom but not inside the bedroom, a kitchenette (electric two "fires" stove, microwave, basic utensils to heat up, and a weight room shared with the other apartments. The space The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed. There is also a closet, desk, nice sink and shower, as well as a 32-inch TV with Netflix and Youtube. Linens are provided. This room locks with a key. It is located in the basement but is still very pleasant (with window overlooking the outside), accessible by stairs, In common areas you will find: - a toilet right next to the bedroom, - a kitchen area with two hotplates that will allow you to reheat dishes as well as the essentials for eating (plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, cups, pan, saucepans). There is also a coffee machine and a kettle (remember to bring filters, coffee, herbal teas, tea...). - a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. - a weight room with the essentials for training: an elliptical bike, a pec-machine with high pulley and low pulley and accessories, a bench with bar, dumbbells and weights, a vibrating platform for different deep sheathing positions. - The toilets are also in common areas, but are right next to the bedroom. Self check-in by electronic key box from 5pm to 10pm. Check-out at 11am. Guest access The room is located right across from the SNCF train station as well as the bus station, with all the amenities for the free shuttle to the city. You are also a 5-minute walk from the hyper center. Guests have access to the private room (the door locks), kitchenette and laundry room as well as the weight room. The garden is also accessible (on its right side) but is not yet finished. Other things to note Please note, the entire building is non-smoking. Parties are completely prohibited and from 10 p.m. no untimely noise is tolerated. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a flat-rate charge of €150, excluding any damage.
