Cozy Canyon Lake Home W/LAKE VIEW

Cozy Canyon is a beautiful remodeled Canyon Lake home that offers a lake view. The home is surrounded by native trees and you will no doubt see the neighborhood deer that love to be fed. There is not direct access to the lake, but 2 boat ramps are located less than a mile away. Wake up and have your morning coffee from the deck while having an amazing view of Canyon Lake. Enjoy the upper deck for hangouts and grilling. Separate downstairs bedroom with a full bed and full shower. The space Kitchen The home has a full kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee to preparing full gourmet meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for use are a coffee station, pots and pans, baking dishes, containers for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, salad bowl, dish towels and knives. Bathroom The full bathroom has a vanity with storage and bathtub with shower.. Please enjoy the use of the included hair dryer. We provide fluffy towels for your use. Beds We know sleep is important! There are three bedrooms total. Two upstairs and one is completely separate downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms contain either a queen or king size bed with hypoallergenic, hotel bedding. The downstairs bedroom has a full sized bed. Entertainment There is a SmartTV located in the living room. There is wireless internet and a nice sized dining table to get some work done if need be. WIFI + Work We offer high speed wireless internet up to 500 Mbps. Should you need to get some work done during your stay, the dining table is a great place to spread out. Patio The large private patio is available for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine in the provided outdoor furniture. Location The home is located on the north side of the lake. A grocery store is about a 10 minute drive away. Parking Our guests have use of three parking spots. Guest access During your stay, the home is all yours. Our check-in process is easy. Make yourself at home! Parties and events are not allowed and only the number of guests registered are allowed on the property. NO PETS PLEASE.
