It's a 2-bedroom with a balcony facing the unobstructed view of the swimming pool. *I can accommodate up to 10pax but published rate for 5pax only. ₱500/head after 5pax *Sleeping arrangement; bedroom 1 double size bed, bedroom 2 double size bed, extra floor mattress if more than 5 persons will stay *Kids allowed *This is a residential property governed by a private corporation. *This property is governed by approved House Rules & Regulations enforced for the common good of the owners and residents of the property. *All guests should respect the house rules of the condominium corporation. *The common area of the property is equipped with CCTV cameras. *Whether permanent or temporary, laundry drying equipment or clothesline visible from the property's exterior is not allowed. *Pets are not allowed inside the property. *Authorized guests can use the pool provided by the Unit Owner/Host with a corresponding fee of Php 150.00/guest/day (VAT Inclusive) for regular days and Php300/guest/day (VAT inclusive) during holidays should be paid prior to the use of the facility. *Only the host and authorized person are allowed to purchase the pool voucher. Our place is approximately 800 meters or a 10-minute walk from SM Mall of Asia. --- How far is your place from the airport (NAIA Terminal 3)? We are about 6.2 km or a 17-minute drive from the airport. --- What is your check-in and check-out time? Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12noon --- Can we check in early or check out late? Early check-in: Subject to availability, with a fee of ₱400/hour. Late check-out: Subject to availability, with a fee of ₱400/hour. Check-outs after 6 PM will be charged an overnight rate. --- What time is the swimming pool available? The swimming pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Proper swim attire is required; please wear drifit clothing. --- Can we accept visitors? Visitors are allowed only in the lobby and amenities area. Please do not invite unapproved visitors inside the room. Please be advised that the property management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time to verify the number of guests staying. Unregistered or unauthorized guest will incur an additional charge. --- Do you charge for extra persons? Yes, there is a fee of ₱500/person per night, which includes towels, linens, and a floor mattress. --- Are pets allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed as per SMDC condo policies. --- Can we leave our luggage? We do not have a storage area for luggage. --- Can we cook inside the room? Yes, cooking is allowed, and essential cooking needs are provided. However: Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods. Keep the door closed while cooking. Adhere to condominium policies and house rules. PRE-CHECK-IN & SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit all the names staying in the room. A Guest Authorisation Form signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE. The approved Guest Authorization Form will be sent to the guest and shall be presented to the lobby of Tower F and reception personnel. After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key and help yourself to check in. Please provide all the necessary details at least 24 hours before your arrival. The property requires these for security reasons. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is from 3 PM until 6 PM. A fee of Php100/hour for late check-in. Check-out is at 11 am.
