Our vacation home has been recently renovated (new kitchen, new living room, new air conditioners, new terrace, blackout curtains, etc.). The rent is paid directly to Airbnb. In addition, there is the mandatory cleaning fee (95 euros) and the mandatory rental of bed linens (12 euros pp). These costs are paid on the spot to the caretaker. The space Our home consists of a double sitting area, a dining area and a renovated fully equipped kitchen (2023). There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, 1 toilet in the bathroom on the first floor. There is air conditioning on both the ground and first floors. Bedroom 1: for 2 people with private shower/sink with spacious built-in cabinets Bedroom 2: bunk bed with private shower/sink with spacious fitted cupboards Bedroom 3 (on the 1st floor): for 2 people with private shower/sink/toilet with spacious storage options Bedroom 4: (on the 1st floor): for 2 people, not a closed room, with a play corner for children. Parasol, sun loungers, patio table The vacation home is a short distance from the swimming pool and playground. From our terrace you have a very spacious view of the green surroundings. There is a laundromat on the premises. Bath linen is available for rental Barbecue, cots.....can be rented. The full rental fee includes the mandatory cleaning (95 euros), the mandatory rental of bed linens (12 euros per person), and the energy costs. Parking is available at the vacation home, except in July and August. During that period, a separate parking lot is provided, which offers extra safety for children.
