Apartment with courtyard 30 meters from the sea

Ground floor apartment 30 meters from the sea, private courtyard, air conditioning, fast wifi, smart TV, equipped kitchen, antique floors, welcome breakfast, linen and lots of information just for our guests. Quiet neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs where you will taste the good Apulian cuisine, you will be 15 minutes from the historic center and 10 minutes from the free and sandy city beach. The space The apartment is located in a 1934 building and has a security door. In the house you will find unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the common areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, a hairdryer, an iron, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. We have tried to make sure you have everything you need and to make you feel at home...so we would like you to treat the apartment and the furnishings that are at your disposal with care, just as if they were your own ;-) Guest access As our guests, you will have the whole house to yourselves. We will prepare the double bed for you, and we will leave the linen for the sofa bed. In Italy, there is a T.U.L.P.S. law, Article 109, which obliges us as managers of non-hotel facilities to register our guests with the State Police portal. We will therefore ask you upon arrival to provide us with your identity documents: passport and identity card are the only ones recognized in Italy (we do not accept a driver's license) For reasons of public safety, it is forbidden to let anyone who has not been indicated and registered at the time of check-in enter the house, even for a short time. The doorman present day and night will prevent their entry. Thank you for your cooperation.
