It offers great views from high up all around. Located in Tamahere, just 17 minutes from Hamilton. A vibrant city known for its rolling green hills, spectacular limestone caves, and black sand surf beaches. All nearby Hamilton Lake, Ruakura Berry Shop, and Hamilton Gardens. A cozy 190-square-foot accommodation near Hamilton with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible couch on the ground floor that serves as a single bed. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Sweet Hart 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to our cozy tiny house and backyard/garden. but will have restricted access to the main house and our dogs fenced off area. It's the perfect holiday homes NZ experience in Tamahare, well separated from our neighboring houses. Other things to note - WiFi is available - No pets allowed - Gas BBQ is available - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception is good for Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
