Elegantly renovated bedroom inside a typical Piedmontese farmhouse. The bedroom is on the ground floor of the property and has a bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a relaxation corner with the possibility of sipping a delicious espresso coffee to start the morning. Guests have access to smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms for watching videos and TV series. Free Wi-Fi. The space The room is accessed from the common courtyard, where there is a reserved parking space for 1 car. The room is spacious and well-structured to ensure maximum guest comfort. Private and comfortable bathroom inside the room, consisting of a toilet with a bidet function, sink and large shower. The room also has a small outdoor area with chairs and a coffee table for a pleasant experience in nature. Guest access the room is on one level. There are no steps and it is easily livable even for people with disabilities. During your stay I am always available to assist guests both during the booking phase and during their stay to resolve any issues that may arise. I am also available to evaluate the possibility of providing accommodation for up to 5 people on the same floor in addition to the room. Other things to note In addition to families, I offer the possibility of adding a small travel cot or a crib to accommodate children up to 5 years old. On site, you will have to pay the cleaning costs of the room quantified in 15 euros for the Reception service that includes towels, sheets, welcome set, swimming pool and use of streaming viewing platforms.
