Maximum of 4 people can stay, suitable for business travelers, couples, families and small groups of friends. Perfect for business trips, short-term rentals, city tours and quick getaways. Guest access - Entire space of the house - The house provides free parking. - Free gym, swimming pool, lounge area, and children's playground on the 5th floor of Block B. - Tropical courtyard, pavilion, swimming pool, gym, children's playground, barbecue area on the ground floor of Building A. - Minimart, Chinese and Malay restaurants on the ground floor. Other things to note Other things to be aware of - Please keep the access card properly during your stay and make sure to return it after check-out. Guests who lose their access cards will be fined RM200. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in our house (fine of RM200.00). You can only smoke in the smoking area downstairs, please throw the cigarette butts properly in the trash can, but do not throw them on the floor or balcony. - Please turn off all electricity and water before going out - Please keep quiet between 10pm and 8am, as there are neighbors next to our house, thank you very much for your consideration. - No pets allowed according to apartment rules. - Late check-out is subject to a charge of RM50 per hour. - There will be a fine of RM 200.00 imposed by the apartment management for parking violations.
