Stylish Village Farm House excellent for families

A stylish ground floor apartment in a farmhouse with large mature gardens located in a quiet village, surrounded by hills, forests and just 45 km from Prague. Ideal for families, behind is a children's playground and 15 minutes away is an enormous lake with beaches, clean water swimming, water slide, water sports, bars, restaurants, plus nearby are indoor/outdoor swimming pools and a big water park 30 minutes away. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away from the property. The space This spacious open plan ground floor apartment is over 40 sq mts, newly renovated and decorated, it is fitted out with very stylish hand made rustic wood furniture, up-cycled items as well as modern fixtures, fittings and appliances. The stone walls are over half a metre thick which keeps the whole space pleasantly cool even when the outside summer temperature exceeds 30C and equally warm in the cooler months when the heating is on. There is a 6 seater dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen area, storage cupboards/shelves and a bathroom with wc, wash basin and shower. There is a king size bed and also a separate bedroom with twin single beds that can be put together to make a king size double if preferred. An extra single bed can be provided if needed. Enjoy our beautiful mature garden, carefully designed with different areas to relax in, separated by trees, shrubs and covering over 1500 square meters - guests have described it as paradise! Make use of the portable BBQ, the wood fired bread/pizza oven or open fire pit to sit around and grill famous Czech sausages! There is outdoor dining table and chairs and hammocks for relaxing and a cold water plunge pool. There is a children's playground immediately behind the house - where there is also a professional tennis/five aside football court and a few training machines. You can prepare your meals in the apartment's big stylish and fully equipped kitchen (32 m2) or walk a few steps to a newly opened little restaurant/pub for a change. A few minutes drive is another village with bars and restaurants where you can sample authentic Czech dishes plus a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant run by Vietnamese people or a bit further is the nearest town that has a wide selection of restaurants and bars including a Chinese restaurant and pizza bars. Close by is the famous game restaurant at Konopiště Castle where you can try game in season, such as wild boar, roe or red deer, moufflon, hare, etc. Surrounding the village is some of the most beautiful countryside and nature in the Czech Republic - rolling hills dotted with forests, quiet roads winding their way through small villages and many sightseeing places on the enormous Lake Slapy with its clean water swimming, cafes, bars, restaurants and sandy/grass beaches. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the garden areas and there is shared parking in the driveway or on the road. Other things to note You can definately expect peace and tranquility! Our little village has no through traffic and is very peaceful and quiet and people staying often remark how relaxing it is and quiet at night for sleeping. FAMILIES: If you have children, they will love it here with plenty to keep them occupied, the big swimming lake and indoor pool only 15 minutes away, the big water park 30 minutes away and all the other activities listed in the overview - previous families have already booked again for this year!
