Aloha! This is a small room that the host sleeps in while in town. It is windowless, which is why it is not rented as a bedroom. It does have another door that leads to the garage space with easy access to the laundry machines and additional doors to access the front yard and backyard. Your sleep space is the couch and you can keep your personal belongings and work at the workspace in the room. If you choose to sleep in the bed please note that you do so at your own risk as there is no window. The space Welcome to my shared home! Light and airy house in pleasing tones near the base. Comfortable budget setting for any traveler, military member or family here for a visit. Your sleep space is the couch and you can use the room to store your things. The room is a small room where the host sleeps when in town in a house that rents out 3 other rooms and it is windowless. You may choose to sleep in the room as there is a bed for the host however please note that there is only an exit to the garage and not to the outside so it is not officially a bedroom. Please consider ventilation and safety. Convenient location for shopping, groceries and entertainment. We’re looking forward to hosting you. Other things to note We have a security doorbell, a security camera in the front yard, one security camera in the garage, one at the laundry door entrance, and a security camera in the back yard for safety purposes. This is a shared space and host will likely not be on the property. A cleaner typically comes once per week to clean the common areas and guests are expected to clean up after themselves. This includes occasionally taking out the trash if it gets filled up sooner than the cleaner gets there. Especially if you have a lot of takeout, please put it in the outside garbage can.
