Set down your bags on Rue de Lecat, in the heart of Rouen, right opposite the Prefecture: a central, convenient and reassuring location, perfect for exploring the city on foot... while enjoying the tranquillity of a real cocoon. As soon as you enter, you will discover an elegant apartment with modern and tasteful décor, designed for a comfortable stay, whether for a weekend of discovery, a business trip or a few days with your loved one. The living room invites you to relax, with a cosy lounge area, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. The sleeping area guarantees a good night's sleep with a 140×190 cm double bed. In terms of amenities, everything is provided: a functional kitchen (toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a space for teleworking with an extra console, and everything you need for a carefree stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The location is a real asset: in 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the shops, cafés and restaurants of the Place du Vieux-Marché; in 10 minutes, you are at Rouen train station. The city centre, historic sites and banks of the Seine are within walking distance. And for a stress-free stay by car, a private parking space is reserved for you in a residence just 70 metres from the accommodation — a rare convenience in the city centre. Wi-Fi is included. Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A single fee of €10 applies for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement from our concierge team. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor and has a parking space in a secure residence opposite the flat. Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departures must be made by 11 a.m. at the latest. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€100 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
