This 2,150 sq. ft. home sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, Wi-Fi, 3 DVD players, a washer/dryer, and a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops & a new walk-out deck! The Lexington Retreat is just 3 houses off of the beaches of Lake Huron. The yard has a fire pit, 2 covered patios with outdoor furniture, outdoor games & a gas BBQ grill! Other things to note -Only 1 dog is allowed with PRIOR permission. $50.00 additional cost. Dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks
