High-speed internet is already included in the price of the accommodation. The connection to the highway is good so you can get to your destinations comfortably and quickly. Close to Essen, Düsseldorf and Venlo. If you are traveling for work, this is a great advantage to save time and allow for stress-free travel. The two bedrooms are equipped with two or three single beds with high-quality, comfortable mattresses (and can also be pushed together to a double bed if necessary). There are two items for clothes storage, bedside table with night lamp, and blackout curtains. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker, extractor hood, basic equipment for cooking, dishes and cutlery, etc. With a free coffee from our filter coffee machine or a free tea, you can start your day without worries. The modern tiled bathroom (inside) has a shower. Free bed linen and towels are of course available. For longer stays, a weekly exchange is possible by arrangement for an additional fee. A private parking space on the property with security camera and parking barrier with remote control is available free of charge. If you have several cars, please contact us first. Own bikes or motorbikes can be parked in the courtyard in a small open garage. The S-Bahn/RE station Duisburg-Rheinhausen is within walking distance. The nature reserve Rheinaue Friemersheim, the historic village center Friemersheim village and the recreational area Toeppersee are easily accessible by bicycle or walking distance. Grocery store and kiosk are available directly in the annex. Aldi, bakery and beverage market are 10 min walk away. Smoking is not allowed! Breach of smoking policy will be punished with a fine of 350€ plus the cost of cleaning. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Cleaning during stay by arrangement. For the environment: Please note the waste separation. When leaving: Please dispose of your garbage in the bins provided for this purpose in the yard. Please rinse your used dishes and put them back in the cupboards. Please switch the radiators to “0”. Failure to comply may incur special cleaning fees.
