The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Second bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and an integrated laundry. All linens and towels are provided! - Large front balcony with beautiful park view. - Huge rear garage rooftop terrace at the back of our apartment. Perfect for BBQ and family & friends get-togethers - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal and make yourself at home! - Brand new smart TV and comfy sofa in our lounge room!! - Separately air-conditioned living room. (Bedrooms have fans only) - In-unit laundry. Complimentary laundry detergent provided as starter supply! - Single remote lock-up garage that can park up to 1. (More parking spaces can be arranged upon request at a decent rate!) - 2.1m parking clearance Guest access Guests can access our apartment unit and our garage. Lockbox is 4 minutes walk (350 m) Garage Usage: The garage is an open garage for parking—no remote is needed. Please note the following dimensions to ensure your vehicle fits comfortably: Height Clearance: 200 cm Width: 240 cm Length: 590 cm This space is best suited for standard-sized cars. Larger vehicles such as vans or tall SUVs may not fit due to the height restriction. Please check your vehicle dimensions before booking. Guests may only park inside the garage or on the street. All other parking spaces belong to other residents and must not be used. Keep the garage door open at all times. Waste Disposal: General rubbish MUST NOT be placed in the yellow or green bins. Yellow bin: For recycling only (paper, plastic, glass). Green bin: For garden waste only (leaves, branches). Red bin: For general rubbish. Do not overload bins. If rubbish exceeds capacity, place it in tied-up garbage bags. Incorrect disposal or overloading may result in penalties. Please follow these rules to avoid any issues. Please contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time and readiness. 🕓 Check-In Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged. Early check-in must be requested at least a day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival. 🕙 Check-Out Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure. Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
