The quiet 100 m² three-room apartment has two large bedrooms, a main bathroom, a guest toilet, a storage room, a very large living room with dining area and adjoining kitchen which is fully equipped. The apartment is the perfect place for a nice stay with a covered balcony as well as a large terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. Other things to note After booking, you will receive an automated email from our system with all the necessary information. Before arrival, the accommodation tax of 5% of the booking price must be paid separately. You will receive more detailed information from us by email. A pet will be charged €15 per night. Check out is possible until 10:00 am. We ask that you strip the beds, collect the towels and leave the property swept clean. Please dispose of the garbage properly, rinse dirty dishes and empty the dishwasher. In case of non-compliance, we will have to charge a fee for this. Please put the key on the table.
