The quietly located, 100 m² three-room apartment offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing stay. It has two spacious bedrooms, a modern master bathroom, a separate guest toilet and a practical storage room. The bright, spacious living room with dining area leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen. A covered balcony, a large terrace and the garden with barbecue facilities invite you to relax and spend time outdoors. Other things to note After your booking, you will automatically receive an email with all the important information about your stay. The statutory accommodation tax of 5% of the booking price must be paid separately before your arrival. You will receive further information from us by email in good time. If you are arriving with a pet, we will charge €15 per night. After booking, you will also receive the link to our digital guest folder. Please complete the online check-in there before your arrival. You can also use the guest folder to book various additional services for a fee, such as: Gas Grill Late check-out Early check-in as well as other extras Departure Check out: till 10:00 Before your departure, we ask you: to strip the beds, to collect the used towels and make them available, to leave the accommodation swept clean, to properly dispose of the garbage, wash the used dishes and to empty the dishwasher. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Upon your departure please leave the key on the table. Before leaving the property, please check that all lights are turned off and all windows are closed.
