Located in a small peaceful village, our 70 m² house spread over two floors is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy nature. Here, calm and authenticity are at the rendezvous. 20 min from Clermont-Ferrand and the Grande Halle d'Auvergne (Livestock Summit in October), you will also be 30 min from Vulcania, close to the lakes (Aydat, Servières, Chambon, Pavin), ski resorts and the start of the GR4, GR441 and GR30. The space 🍽️ Kitchen / Dining Area (ground floor) • Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. 🛋️ Living Area (1st floor) • Living room equipped with a smart TV, a practical and comfortable sofa bed that also serves as a bed and a sofa bed. 🛏️ Bedroom (2nd floor) • Double bed with bedding (140 x 190), a dedicated space for your little one with a crib and changing table. 🚿 Bathroom (2nd floor) • Equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet. Bath towels are provided. 🌐 Enjoy Wi-Fi in the whole house.
