Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Private sunny half acre with dock and boathouse. Home features a very nice, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning stove and second fireplace in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Outdoors there are 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a dock to fish and swim from. Serene and quiet neighborhood allows complete relaxation. Half mile to atv rentals in the dunes, and about 7 minute drive to the historic waterfront amenities. The space Welcome to our home. We have recently completed a remodel and are so excited to be able to share our dream with you. Since it is our home, you will find it comfortable and stocked full of all the amenities that make a house a home. This property is a very peaceful escape from the pace of real life. Kick off your shoes, let the kids run. You can jump into the lake or kayak and fish. Boathouse is filled with full items for you to enjoy including two single kayaks, one double kayak, and two stand up paddle boards. We have many life jackets of all sizes including kids and plus sizes. You can also bring your own boat to our dock. Please bring your own fishing poles and accessories because fishing off the dock and out of kayaks is great. And finally end your day with a bbq and outdoor fire. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is lovely to cook in and the dining table is spacious for your family and friends. Also we have a new outdoor dining table for you to enjoy. Guest access There is plenty of room for parking. 1/4 mile walk to Torex ATV Rental and a 7 min drive to the charming downtown historic water district featuring amazing restaurants and shops. Best ice cream parlor is downtown. We have many favorite restaurants in Old Town. Other things to note This home is in the forest. All creatures large and small live in our forest. Ants, spiders, slugs, birds, bees, bob cats, coyote, bear and many others live nearby. If these creatures make you feel uncomfortable then staying at our home is probably not the best choice. No refunds will be given for encounters with “local residents”. Another important item to note is that there are no window coverings on the main bedroom windows. The view is too beautiful to cover and privacy is not an issue. Silk eye masks are provided so you can sleep in if you like, but waking up to the sun on the lake is the most wonderful part of the day. We have a ring doorbell and can assist with you accessing the front door but once you have arrived we turn it off.
