You will be billed from the time the gas heater goes on. Spa- is an additional cost of $49/Per day Utilities an additional -$25-50day for 30 Day minimums BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.
