Please take note our guest only can access gym and pool & Please follow the pool attire guidelines as required by the building management. Facilities operation hours - 8AM-8PM. Public facilities may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance required by the apartment management. This is beyond our control and unavoidable. We are unable to predict or notify in advance when such facilities might be suspended. We would appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter. 🙏🏻 Other things to note i. All cancellations/changes are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policy. 
 ii. Please take note that the security deposit will NOT be charged or held against your credit/debit card, unless there is damage to the unit, a violation of house rules, or fines imposed by the building management due to rule violations.
 iii. A deposit may be collected from guests when necessary.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll have this private space ALL TO YOURSELF — no sharing with strangers during your stay. 【Please take note before you book】 [Parking] We provide 1 free parking lot. Guests are required to park at the specific lot assigned. Extra cars may park at the visitor parking area, and its free and first come first served. Please make sure only park at our lot, if not, will get clamped. [Access Card] 
Only 1 (ONE) set of key will be provided. No extra cards available.
Lost access card or parking device will incur a replacement fee of RM300 per card/ key. [OTHERS] - Some decorations, such as towel arrangements or styled items, are set up for photo purposes and may not be included during your stay. - We provide bath towels only (no face or hand towels). No daily towel replacement service. Extra towels are available upon request with additional charges.
 - The cleaning fee is a one-time charge per check-out. No daily cleaning service is provided, including for long stays.
 - Any cleaning or room service request will be charged based on the cleaning fee listed on Airbnb (available daily from 12pm–4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, with at least 1 day's notice). 
 - Any unremovable stains, damages, or signs of smoking found after check-out will be charged accordingly as special cleaning or replacement costs, which are not covered under the cleaning fee. 
 - Please bring your own universal adapter and laundry detergent.
 - Netflix and YouTube accounts are not provided. Guests must log in using their own accounts.
 -Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards; check-out is Latest by 12:00 PM.
Check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to unit availability and will be charged at RM30 per hour. Please check with our customer service in advance for availability first.
 - Please ensure your personal belongings are properly packed. We will not be responsible for any items left behind after check-out.
 - No decorations should be stuck on the walls. Any damage may result in a repair or compensation fee (subject to assessment)
 - Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen only. Please take note, we are using an electric stove here. Strictly no deep frying of food! Extra cleaning costs will be charged to guests who deep-fried/cook curry/ oily food in the apartment.
