The apartment is located on the ground floor of a prestigious Venetian villa of about 300 sqm, carefully restored to preserve its original charm and historical character. For each guest, a complete set of towels (face, hand, and bath) will be provided, soft and fresh, along with a bath mat in every bathroom for added comfort. As this is a tourist rental and not a hotel service, the initial supply of linens and towels is included upon arrival. It features a romantic four-poster bed with Chantilly lace and a French-size mattress (140 cm wide). Two French doors provide natural light and excellent air circulation. The windows are original wooden frames from the period with double glazing. For bookings of 2–3 people, photos of the available rooms will be sent. Receipt We will send you all the instructions to access the property along with a copy of each guest’s documents. You will find an electronic device/keypad with a code that will allow you to open the gate and access the private garden with exclusive free parking for up to 3/4 cars. The entrance door will be managed via a safe box with keys. You will have the entire accommodation exclusively. Early check-in and late check-out (upon request and subject to confirmation by your host). At your disposal is the private and independent garden, all the spaces shown in the photos: private kitchen, living room, lounge, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, the play area, and parking for 3 cars. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed. Private events or parties are not permitted during your stay. Access to the property is allowed only to the registered guests who have provided a valid identification document (passport or EU identity card). Please respect quiet hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Laundry: Use of the laundry is available upon request and subject to a fee. The cost is €10.00 per stay. Garden: The historic residence is located near the Brenta River and has a large private garden. During certain times of the year it is possible to encounter harmless insects typical of the area, such as flies, stink bugs, or mosquitoes. Baby facilities: A baby crib and a high chair are available upon prior request from our guests. VILLA LIBERTY VENEZIA is a tourist rental and not a hotel or a B&B. The reservation concerns exclusively the private rental of the apartment with garden and parking, ideal for guests who prefer an autonomous and independent space without the presence of other people, as may happen in hotels or B&Bs. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use freely during their stay. However, the reservation does not include the supply or replenishment of consumable goods, such as food, drinks, toilet paper, or other similar items. Upon arrival we leave a small welcome courtesy for our guests, simply to make the arrival more pleasant. A few meters away you will find supermarkets, a shopping center, and a pharmacy.
