The space The separate holiday apartment is located in the attic of our residential building and can be reached separately via a staircase in the wind trap. The house is located on a large, unchanged private property  with a secure parking space for CARS as well as shelter for bicycles in a very quiet outskirts of the village. In addition to the fish pond, barbecue and smoking area, the park-like complex also offers plenty of space for relaxing and undisturbed sunbathing. The apartment consists of a large combined living/bedroom, which is equipped with a cozy couch corner, double bed (160x200; separate mattresses) and a TV-SAT system. The bedroom has a double sofa bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The mini kitchen contains all the necessary utensils for preparing food and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. In addition, the drying area and the holiday seating area on the property can be used. Existing fruit trees and shrubs invite you to snack and the pond. The two separate holiday accommodations, the holiday home and the holiday apartment, are located on a 2500 m² enclosed private property with a secure parking space for CARS and shelter for bicycles on the outermost edge of the village in a quiet location on the island of Rügen. In addition to the fish pond, barbecue and smoking area, the park-like property also offers plenty of space for relaxing and undisturbed sunbathing (nudism is also possible). Bicycles can be rented for a fee.
