Access to walking/biking trails a block away • The bedroom on garden level -- same level as the (shared) bathroom and (free) laundry room. • Large window in room, plenty of shelves and drawers • Kitchen use available, plenty of space in the fridge. • Close to transportation The space You can work on the huge island in the kitchen. The kitchen/living room is very cozy. Your bedroom has an 8 drawer dresser with a mirror, shelving, closet, and two nightstands. There is also patio furniture out on the patio in the fenced in backyard. There is no T.V., but the internet is very high speed. Guest access Free parking on the street. Bus stop is a half mile away, and nearest light rail is 2.3 miles away. Easy access to the walking path if you want to take a walk in nature. During your stay I will have minimal interaction, as I am an introvert. You will have a house manual in your room that will answer most of your questions. I will be available for questions, as well. Other things to note This is a non-smoking home -- no cigarettes, 420/marijuana, vapes, pipes or cigars. Due to allergies, unable to host smokers or vapers of tobacco or marijuana products at all, even those who smoke or vape offsite.
