If you are traveling with a boat, motor home, camper or trailer (of any kind) please consult with us before making a reservation. 3 CAR MAXIMUM: This house allows a maximum of 3 standard size vehicles to remain on the premises based on the rules of the "Windsor Hills Resort" . If you have more than 3 vehicles please contact us prior to making a reservation so we can discuss how to handle additional vehicles and where to park them. (A fourth, fifth, or any number of additional vehicles will not be allowed through the security gates.) Parking on the grass is not permitted and the vehicle may be towed. Blocking sidewalks / public foot paths with a motor vehicle, is not allowed and the vehicle may be towed. ------------------------------------------------ INCLUDED: Only very basic complimentary start up supplies are initially provided in the home….. including toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels and garbage bags. The description of that category says “Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper”. This rental location will include the pots and pans, however it will not include any food or drink items. This means there will not be any salt, pepper, cooking oils or any other item that is considered to be food. This location will also not include any beverage items other than tap water. If you have any questions about what is included in the kitchen / the property, we ask that you send us a message prior to creating the reservation. ----------------------------------- RESORT SWIMMING POOL: Please be aware that from August 24 until October 5, of the year 2024…. The main resort swimming pool will be closed for scheduled maintenance / updates. The resort clubhouse interior, children’s parks and other resort facilities that are not a swimming pool = will be operating as normal. (The swimming pool at this individual house is operating as normal and will not be affected.) ----------------------------------- POSTAL DELIVERY SERVICES: There is no postal delivery option through the United States Postal Service at this address. There is no mail box. Please consult with us before ordering any packages that you intend to have delivered to the property. ----------------------------------- SECURITY CAMERA: The front of the house features a security camera (RING video door camera), that faces the front door. There are no cameras indoors. There are no cameras that are in the area of the swimming pool. If you have any questions about the front door security camera at this location, we ask that you send us a message on AIRBNB prior to making a reservation. ----------------------------------- THERMOSTATS: This location features 2 air conditioner / heating systems. Both are independently controlled with individual thermostats. The lowest setting for cold (air conditioning) is 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
