Our lake home is located in wooded area in a quiet cove that offers guests plenty of privacy. Located just off Hwy 5, 20 minutes north of Camdenton, Misourri. Beautiful lake views from both levels. Enjoy your morning coffee of the water view from two spacious decks. A short walk to the dock is great for the fisherman. Simple kayak launch off swim dock. Great variety of shops, water fun and restaurants in town. Message us for info on extended stays. The space Inside you will enjoy the open concept kitchen, living and dining area on the upper level. The lower level offers an additional family gathering area. Enjoy indoor and outdoor meals with great views of the beautiful cove area. Three bedrooms(1 up & 2 down), 2 private, 1 non conforming adjoins second bedroom with door but with a second doorway with a privacy screen that leads to stairway and family room on lower level one bathroom on each level. Outdoors your family will enjoy lots of room to move around. Swimming off the swim deck or trying your luck by throwing out your hook from the fishing dock complete with fish cleaning station. This cove location offers short walks with wonderful views of a greater main channel. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, spacious rooms throughout. The entire house gets professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Boat dock is available for guests to tie up (boat slip and lift not accessible). Please message your intent to access dock for boat tie up. Fishing dock and swim deck are always available for guest use. Guest access Parking at the front of the house. Maximum of three spaces. Parking available for boat trailers in addition to vehicle parking. Should guests need additional parking please message for additional information. Please do not park in neighboring driveways. Other things to note To accommodate guest sleeping if over six occupants we offer one sofa on each level (not sleeper sofa) for a total of two sofa spaces for sleeping. We do require that guests use supplied bedding sheets, blankets and pillows to sleep on sofas. A queen mattress with all bedding will be available after June 20. Guest are welcome to bring their own mattress if needed prior to that date as there is large living area in the lower level for mattress sleeping.
