The space Our house is little hidden and away from the city. It has furnished bedrooms, a dining and living area, and one bathroom. Stay connected with high-speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work and online needs. Shuttle and Rental Scooter available upon request. TV Access, just login with your Streaming account. Consider that our location is close to the Mountain. Mosquitoes, bugs, frogs and lizard will be around, this is beyond our control. Though we try our best to avoid them, we cannot vouch that they will not be able to enter the house. We also ask you to maintain cleanliness to avoid Ants. Also, kindly be reminded to bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock for your comfort and safety during your stay. Guest access Access to the entire property. Other things to note Surigao itself is inevitably filled with stray dogs. They can bark/howl at anytime. Electric/Water supply interruptions are issues sometimes in Surigao. The only reason why we have water 24/7 is because we have a water pump and tank, without these, we are to be dependent on the water ration schedule in a day provided by the water cooperative. Explanation to activate the pump will be explain in the guide book in the house. Though we do have a water tank to provide an extra supply during those odd situations, this too can run out. Please be advised to conserve water. In cases of unexpected electrical interruptions from the city, please be informed that we do not have a generator. Note that our electrical water pump will not be able to supply water up to the house, however there is a faucet from the water tank where you will be able to get water. Please be aware that the water may have a brown color sometimes due that is coming from a dip well. It will need to be flush to get cleaner water.
