The space House consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front & back yards, which have been furnished with such furniture as beds, sofas, chairs and closets. All the bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning, as is the family room. The distance between the house with Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II airport is 9 km with travel time about 10 - 18 minutes. The distance between houses to Palembang Square mall is 11 km, around 20 minutes. The distance between the house with the Ampera Bridge is about 12 KM. The travel time is usually around 30- 45 minutes by car. The neighborhood around the house is complete with many shops that meet your daily needs such as restaurants, laundries, convenience stores, fruit shops, grocery stores. No daily cleaning service is provided, unless guests request it, at an additional cost. Guest access Guests can access the entire house, both on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor, from the front yard to the backyard. No other guests other than you and your family. The swimming pool in the photo is a swimming pool for the public facilities of the housing complex, which can be accessed free of charge by home renters. It’s about a 1-2 minute walk from the house. The swimming pool opening schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am - 10:00am and 3:00pm - 5:30pm. Other things to note Please make sure the number of guests you enter matches the number of guests who will be staying. This is important so that we can prepare comfortable accommodations for everyone. Guests 1 to 8 will use the beds available in the room. Guests 9 to 12 will be provided with an extra mattress, according to the number of extra guests you enter. The 13th and 14th guests will use the sofa in the living room.
