Things to Know Stair access required to reach this third-floor condo. Guest access Check in at The Lodge at Steamboat Front Desk, located in the first building on your left as you enter the property. Park in the 15-minute check-in area and head inside - you'll find the desk around the left side of the deck, up the stairs, and through the door on the right. Your key card grants access to your unit and the property. Front desk hours are 8am-8pm in summer and 7am-10pm in winter. For after-hours check-in, call Strong Arm Security - they'll provide lockbox information if you arrive outside front desk hours. The front desk team is happy to help with questions about early check-in, late checkout, local activities, and referrals for grocery delivery and airport shuttle services.
