The maisonette is newly renovated and spread over three floors, linked by one industrial inspired, spiral staircase. Featuring a first floor lobby, second floor open plan kitchen/living, double bedroom and bathroom. Third floor double bedroom. The space has been designed to feel calm and clutter free, allowing you to relax and feel at home. Living area - New and quality furnishings. Modern and sleek full kitchen. Accommodating up to four people comfortably. Security - A security system camera which looks onto the high street, allowing you to let someone into the building. Bedrooms - Featuring bedside tables, drawers, hanging rails, hotel quality bedding, linens and blackout blinds. Everything you need for a luxurious stay. 0.4 miles from Lewes Train Station, 4.8 miles from AMEX Stadium, 8.7 miles from Victoria Gardens, 8.7 miles from Brighton Dome and 3.5 miles from the Glyndebourne Opera House. Guest access Access via locked door on the high street and a staircase to the first floor entrance door. Maisonette features two video entry cameras. Parking space at the rear of the property. Just a 2 minute walk around the front to access. Other things to note No smoking or e-cigarettes permitted. No confetti or parties. Recommend not suitable for babies/toddlers due to stairs.
