We are located 525 metres above sea level, with uninterrupted fabulous views of the Gorge, Gold Coast and Mt Warning to the South, we are a semi-rural location situated in the sub tropics of QLD. Due to our location we are a unique property, not only do we have fabulous views but we also have native wild life and birds that visit us. Even though we are located in a quiet part of the mountain we are very close to amenities, shops, cafes, restaurants, wineries and distilleries 5-15 minutes drive. The space Part of the main house on 2nd level, not used by owners, guest access is via external stairwell, private access to fully renovated bedroom and fully renovated private ensuite, with oversized rain head shower, soft close toilet. Queen size bed, quality cotton sheets, quilt, extra pillows and blankets, full length mirrored wardrobes, luxury toiletries, Sheridan towels, coffee and tea station in room with kettle and coffee machine and a wide selection of complimentary tea, coffee, long life milk, bottled water, crockery, cutlery, glasses and mini bar fridge. Private screened courtyard off bedroom with comfy seating and cafe style table and chairs and outdoor shared level for guests only with more seating and cafe style table and chairs. Guest access Guest parking in carport 2nd floor bedrooms access via an outdoor stairwell and outdoor space on same level as bedrooms. During your stay Available through email or mobile Other things to note This accommodation is strictly adults only, it would suit a couple looking for a quiet retreat or guests attending weddings at the nearby wineries or budding golfers with the golf course 1 min drive away but who want to go out to eat as there is no access to a kitchen or BBQ on the property to cook meals, takeaways are available in the Village close by. You have the option of enjoying your takeaway such as a pizza and a glass or two of wine (which you may have purchased from one of the many wineries in the area) in your own private courtyard or choose one of the many spaces on the same level as your accommodation to enjoy your meal and of course the view! Please note this is not a suitable accommodation for someone with mobility issues as the only access to the accommodation is via a stairwell.
