The cottage features abundant outdoor living space. From spending your evenings stargazing from the newly constructed second floor deck to relaxing by the fire on the first floor patio. The space Located in the middle of the gorgeous Finger Lakes area in Upstate New York, you can spend your days hiking, visiting local wineries or just enjoying the peace of the great outdoors. Private drive keeps traffic to a minimum. Less than 10 miles from the famous Finger Lakes Wine Trails and Watkins Glen International. Luxury 8-person pontoon boat available for rent and use on Lamoka Lake! Please inquire to learn more. Guest access Access to entire property. There is a shared driveway between several houses including the property. Lake access is a 2 minute walk from the patio. There is a house in between the property and the lake. Please refrain from using their fire pit / dock as it's a separate property. Kayaks and boat rentals available. Other things to note There will be a $1,500 penalty charge for unauthorized parties and number of guests exceeding the authorized amount. Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet. Although we do welcome pets to come stay with our guests, they are not allowed on the beds or furnitures. Please note that this residential neighborhood has a 10 mph posted speed limit for the protection of many vacationing families with small children who must walk or bike to the shoreline from their inland properties. Amenities are included, to ease the start of your stay, but the guests are responsible once it runs out. (Toilet paper, soap, etc). Quiet Hours commence at 10PM. July to Labor Day: Weekly reservations only. Checking in on Saturday, and checking out on Saturday. Labor Day to Memorial Day: Daily reservations available.
