It has an amazing Ocean view and an extra large upstairs deck patio to relax & view the back bay and the horse ranch. Enjoy the beach all day or the many surrounding activities, Guadalupe Valley -wineries, picturesque La Bufadora marine blowhole for local souvenirs and food. Parking for 4+ vehicles, secure parking for UTVs etc. offsite secure parking available upon request *(Please note: the house location is incorrect, it is on the peninsula Estero de Punta Banda) please google Lengüeta Arenosas The house has two living rooms, 1st floor has a L shaped couch which allows for plenty of additional sleeping space. Upstairs you’ll find large picturesque windows in the main living room with views of Bahía Todos Los Santos and the night lights of Ensenada. Maximum parking is 4 vehicles, 2 parallel to the house and 2 under the deck. Additional parking is available upon request. Parking passes are required to be carried in guest vehicles at all times.
