Small quiet apartment, furnished with designer furnishings, located on the second floor of a building from the second half of the 1800s, located in the historic center of Piacenza, a few minutes' walk from Piazza dei Cavalli. Perfect for visiting the city's main monuments, visiting art galleries, an evening at the theater, and enjoying typical local cuisine in one of the many restaurants in the area. The kitchenette is equipped with gas burners, a dishwasher, a small refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle for water, and a snack area where you can enjoy lunch/dinner at home. Then there is a reading area where you can relax and listen to some music from a designer radio. The house then develops into the living area with a sofa bed that can therefore be opened if necessary at night. The sleeping area is located on a mezzanine that hides a small closet/storage room, accessible via a ladder (see photo). The bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower, is in a room adjacent to the sleeping area. Guests can then relax on the small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The white walls, light walnut parquet and designer furnishings provide a relaxed atmosphere, pleasant for both vacationers and business travelers. We prefer not to provide distractions such as TV, but a good book and good music, for a relaxing stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the small balcony. Other things to note Access to the building is located in a small alley in the historic center of Piacenza, a stone's throw from Piazza dei Cavalli and Piazza Borgo. Once you reach the second floor, without an elevator, guests can stay in a pleasant apartment equipped with all the comforts to spend a relaxing stay. The apartment is in a ZTL (limited traffic zone) that becomes accessible by car after 7 p.m. Near the house there is a bicycle place and an area where you can rent electric scooters. If you need to use public transport, there are both bus and taxi stops nearby.
