Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m. The space Brand New apartment with plenty of space for a family. Just take a minute to look at the pictures and you will get a pretty good idea of the space: Entry with coat hanger Dining table and Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. Keurig coffee maker, Small Oven toaster and Panini press with optional pancake/waffle inserts. Full Bathroom with Tub Shower Bedroom with Queen Bed and dresser Living space with TV and Set of Twin XL bunks tucked in the corner. If kids are too small for a top bunk, there is an optional pull out couch. Closet space to store all your Travel bags while you are staying. Whole house water filter system. Guest access Will provide custom code to the entry lock before the arrival.
