Located at the beginning of the M11, between Port Phillip and Western Port Bays, Penlink Lodge is the perfect base for exploring the enchanting Mornington Peninsula. A recently renovated holiday home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, outdoor dining & sitting area, it is an ideal 'home away from home' for a relaxing getaway. Easy walking distance to local shops, a short drive to shopping centers, amenities, and local attractions. WiFi/bedding/linens are provided free of charge. The space Penlink Lodge is located at the edge of rural tranquillity with easy access to local shopping centers and amenities. The recently renovated holiday home has spacious living areas that will ensure you have a great 'home away from home' experience. Board games and TVs will keep you engaged should you elect to stay indoors, while the covered decking is perfect for outdoor entertainment & relaxation. Bed Configuration: This holiday home features four bedrooms. All linen & bedding are provided free of charge. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with ensuite – Queen bed sleeps 2. Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 – Queen bed sleeps 2. Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 – Queen bed sleeps 2. Bedroom 4: Bedroom 4 – Queen bed sleeps 2. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, espresso machine, utensils, and crockery. Cooking essentials like oil, salt & pepper are not provided due to hygiene & safety reasons. Bathrooms & Toilet Configuration: The main bathroom contains a shower, bath, and a separate toilet. The ensuite contains a shower and toilet. All towels are provided free of charge. Entertainment: Penlink Lodge provides Wi-Fi to our guests free of charge. For those who choose to remain indoors, various board games will be made available to our guests. However, due to the high frequency of usage, pieces may be missing/misplaced/damaged from time to time. Should you plan to use board/card games during your stay, we advise bringing your own to both avoid disappointment and for hygiene reasons. The TVs will allow you to watch free-to-air channels. Both TVs can be connected to your laptop using an HDMI cable to access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, PrimeVideo, etc. Work from home: There is a dedicated study nook in the front sitting room for those who wish to work from home. Laundry: There is a top-loading washing machine and dryer. Parking: You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway or on the front lawn. Supplies: Please note, we provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, and basic toiletries. Once the initial supply is exhausted, replenishment will not be supplied. For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request at $170 per cleaning. Guest access Penlink Lodge is within easy walking distance of the local bakery, bottle shop, and takeaways; minutes drive to the Karingal Hub and Gateway Village Shopping Centers, Frankston Private Hospital, McClelland Sculpture Park & Gallery, Cruden Farm, Langwarrin Flora & Fauna Reserve. The world-class wineries, golf courses, hot springs, and pristine beaches of the Mornington Peninsula are just a short drive away. Other things to note Policies & Rules Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Security Deposit: $500 House rules: - Suitable for children. A high chair is available. Portacot is not available due to liability issues. Guest is welcome to bring own. - We have a strict No Party & Excessive Noise Policy. - Pets and smoking are not allowed. - This is not a commercial facility so guests are required to remove all items brought in, all waste generated, and all utensils that were used cleaned, dried & stored.
