Located next to the beach & boardwalk, this 1-BR rental sleeps up to 7 people. Full kitchen w/amenities, newer granite countertops, washer & dryer in the unit, full bath w/bathtub, living room, queen bed & twin cot, pullout double futons, balcony & private deck, internet & propane grill. Outdoor courtyard w/gazebo, lights & outdoor seating for grilling, eating & an outdoor shower. Reservations under 7 nights may require additional fees. Please read all of the description! The space We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $75 for the first pet, $50.00 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets. Early checkin and late checkout can be added based on availability and at an additional fee. Linens, blankets & towels are not included. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, blankets & towels. Parking is not included with this unit. We work with a nearby lot, about 1-2 min walk, where you can purchase parking. For handicap only we can provide (for a fee) on site parking based on availability. Note: There are several almost identical units at this location, in which we may interchange one for the other. Decor, BR/beds/bathroom/amenities are all identical to each other. Reservations under 7 nights may be subject to additional fee.
