Vacation in the forest and meadow basket

Our apartment is located in the center of the health resort of Kell am See. The former farmhouse with adjoining barn was finally renovated in 2022. The self-contained apartment is ideal for families with children and group travelers. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. On three floors you will find: + a large open living-dining room with adjoining open kitchen and complete self-catering facilities including dishwasher + two small bedrooms with two single beds each + a large bedroom with four single beds (can be equipped with an additional children's travel cot on request) +two bathrooms with walk-in shower, towels and hairdryer + a small play corner in the hallway on the second floor + a cozy reading corner on the third floor. + Free WiFi and TV are available in the living and dining room area. + In front of the apartment there is a small barbecue corner with cozy seating The entrance area offers space to park at least four bicycles. More bicycles can be parked outside the door. In front of the apartment there is a parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on the opposite side at the old mill. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance.
