Rentalmar Nabila is a tourist apartment located just a few meters from the seafront promenade and spectacular coves such as Cala dels Vienesos and Cala de les Sirenes, in a quiet residential area, making it an ideal accommodation for a seaside vacation. With an excellent location just meters from the beach and in a natural setting, it's perfect for unwinding and relaxing, ideal for both families and couples. The space Announcement for reservations of more than 7 nights: Rentalmar Nabila is a vacation rental in the resort town of Miami Playa, located just a few meters from the ocean and the ideal accommodation for a sun-soaked getaway in a quiet area. The apartments accommodate one to four people, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bright living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to a furnished terrace with ocean views. It features a kitchenette equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, sink, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and all kitchenware (dishes and basic cooking utensils). *Consumables (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, hygiene and cleaning products, etc.) are not included in the apartment. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub. Included: Linen set (sheets, blankets, and hand towels) appropriate for the apartment's capacity. *Bath and pool towels are not provided. Split air conditioning/heating is available in the dining room. There is no internet connection in the apartment. There is no on-site parking. Pets are allowed upon request. A surcharge of €8 per pet per night applies during low season (with a maximum of €50 per pet per stay), and €10 per pet per night during high season (with a maximum of €75 per pet per stay). Guest access Miami Playa is the quintessential family destination on the Costa Dorada thanks to its calm atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a holiday with children. Along the promenade there are numerous restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds and a wide range of nautical activities. The apartment community has two swimming pools for the use of guests. Swimming pool: Open from Mon, 16 Jun 2025 to Sun, 14 Sep 2025. There is no parking on site. There is a public parking area nearby (free and paid). Other things to note Capacity: These apartments have a maximum capacity of 4 people. In no case may the maximum capacity established be exceeded. Arrival/Departure: The time of entry to the apartments is from 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 10:00 a.m. Pets are allowed on request. An additional charge of €8 per pet per night applies in low season (with a maximum of €50 per pet per stay), and €10 per pet per night in high season (with a maximum of €75 per pet per stay). Reservations from youth groups are accepted. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbours must not be disturbed. Noise: The guest must maintain a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 09:00 a.m. Upon arrival you must pay a refundable security deposit of 200€ by card, which will be returned on departure after checking the apartment. Tourist tax: adults 1,10€ per person and night, children under 16 years of age exemp.
