The bedrooms effortlessly combine the old with the new; the beautiful, thick stone wall is reminiscent of decades past while the ample wardrobe space ensures the comforts of modern day can be at hand. Perhaps most inviting though is the external area. The spacious balcony offers a panoramic view of Moutoullas village as well as of the valley beneath. Sitting at the spacious balcony you have unobstructed views of the fruit trees and orchards in the valley and all the sites of the village including the much-photographed village church of Agia Paraskevi, the chapel of Prophet Elias on the mountaintop, as well as the church of Panagia Moutoullas, a UNESCO world heritage site. Guest access You will have sole access to the property's internal and external areas. While relaxing and enjoying the tranquility, you can hear the birds chirping and the river Setrachos flowing all year round; smell bread, tahini pies and cookies baking at the village bakery; and feel the clean, crisp air on your face. At night gaze at the starlit sky followed by a deep sleep that the mountain living provides. The next morning you will feel fresh and rejuvenated. Other things to note Balkoni Moutoullas is situated below street level (accessed by going down a staircase), which means that the place is very private and quiet.
