Beautiful location on the dike right next to Werk aan het Spoel in farm 't Spoel! Amazing view, a stone's throw from beaches on the Lek. Eat and relax at a stumbling distance at our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Duits & Lauret - both part of the Dutch Waterlines (UNESCO heritage) or the Witte Schuur. The space On the estate Het Spoel, there is a wooden cottage behind the farm and next to the sports field with lounge sofa and chicken coop. From the small sleeping loft, there is a beautiful view of the meadows, the Werk aan het Spoel and the garden. Downstairs is a living room with a bar and in it a compact, complete kitchen with a dining area. The living room has a large TV and an electric fireplace. The master bedroom has an open bathroom. The toilet is separate. In front of the cottage is a private garden with a place and grass, and access to the shared facilities (lounge sofa with fireplace and outdoor kitchen and the sports field). Guest access You have the cottage to yourself and a private part of the garden where the chickens are. Next to the cottage is a shared (but not often visited) sports field, playground, outdoor kitchen and lounge sofa, all of which are at your disposal. Other things to note The cottage is a detached vacation cottage, next to our sports field. It is suitable for people of normal stature who are good on their feet, for example a family or younger people. The Datsja has 2 floors with downstairs a bedroom with shower and suite. Upstairs in the loft (190cm in the middle) are three single beds, accessible by a loft ladder. Please take a good look at the photos.
