At your disposal you will have a comfortable 110sqm apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, a bright open space living room with a romantic wood stove, 2 bedrooms (double or twin depending on your needs), a double sofa bed, a large bathroom and the gem of the house: a Bike Room where you can store your bicycles, recharge and take care of them, using basic tools for repairs and the washing machine to refresh your clothes after a day outdoors. Comfortably seated in the private garden (50 sqm), you can enjoy the panoramic view of the historic village of Revine Lago, drinking an aperitif at sunset. Parking is free on the property. Cleaning is carried out with eco-friendly detergents; we have a series of bins with specific indications, so that guests can also collaborate in separating waste, favoring recycling; the water is heated thanks to the solar panels placed on the roof of the house, while for outdoor irrigation we only use rainwater collected in special tanks; the outer and inner coat guarantee better insulation and less energy dispersion; the apartment is also equipped with a biomass heating system, powered by wood obtained from the winter cleaning of the family woods. In short... the house is not the latest generation, it is a family house of the 1960s built by the grandparents. Through small details we have tried to improve it over the years based on our skills and possibilities. Ah, important! To give value to our time, energy resources and your wallet, we've decided not to iron sheets and towels, which will be washed and dried in the sun and wind at each guest change.
