The combination of real wood and industrial charm makes this apartment unique. The apartment was completely renovated in 2026. Highlights include the chic bathroom with rain shower (120 x 100 cm) and the very large living area with designer furniture. A small outdoor area with seating invites you to relax. Please note that this is not a private terrace, but also other people who enter the courtyard pass by the outdoor area. The space The property is located on a cozy courtyard right in the center of Warnemünde. The living room is equipped with an HD TV, a Bluetooth multimedia system and a cozy couch. There is also a Fire TV stick on the TV so our guests can use Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, blender and all useful cooking utensils. In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Guest access Our guests have access to the apartment, access to the in-house Wi-Fi network and are allowed to stay in all public areas. We provide free rental bikes – first come, first serve (subject to availability). Other things to note Please note that the local visitor's tax will be charged additionally upon arrival. A parking space directly at the property can be booked for €12.00 per night.
