Other things to note House rules and other info: • 🧳 ⇦ 🏡 Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless prior approval has been granted. Late checkouts without previous authorization are charged at 50 EUR per hour. Any part of an hour (even 1 minute) is rounded up to a full hour. For example, 1 hour and 1 minute will be charged as 2 hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth experience for everyone. • 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the rooms (allowed on the main balcony outside the apartment entrance) A cleaning fee of 300 EUR will be charged to the guest reservation after check-out if cigarette, vape or other lingering odors that can’t be removed by aerating the apartment by opening the windows are detected. • 🔇 Quiet hours are: from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • 🚽 Please do not throw paper, sanitary pads, etc in the toilet, use the little bin instead. • 🛌 Accommodating more people than booked is not allowed. (50eur/night extra fee for each person not included in the booking regardless of duration of stay. For 1 person bookings, 1 additional person is allowed free of charge). • 📄 It is required from the Greek government that we declare the Passport or national ID number of the person that made the booking for EU travelers, for non-EU travelers the Passport number and for GR travelers the ΑΦΜ number.
