The Interior: Bedroom: Comfort double bed with integrated USB sockets for convenient charging of your devices. Wellness Bathroom: A modern space with a stone washbasin and a state-of-the-art hydromassage shower column. Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction hobs, crockery and everything you need to prepare your meals. The Exterior (for exclusive use): The spectacular panoramic terrace features a heated SPA hot tub. To ensure maximum hygiene and safety at all times, I will carry out a quick daily check of the water parameters (taking just a few minutes, and agreeing on the time with you so as not to disturb your privacy). We are on the third floor: the short climb in a typical local building will be amply rewarded as soon as you open the door and are enveloped by a unique view of the whole of Cuglieri, with a sea view! Not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no lift. Access via stairs Staying in Cuglieri will allow you to experience the authentic Sardinia, away from the chaos, but in a convenient location for visiting the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. The village offers a breezy and cool climate in the evening, perfect after a day of sunshine. In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the marinas of the Montiferru and Oristano coasts, including: The famous S'Archittu cliff with its natural arch, famous all over the world The white beaches of Sinis: unique because they are literally made of quartz, real gems! The picturesque, colourful town of Bosa and its marina Free public parking is easily available near the property. Other things to note - Whirlpool: To keep the water parameters optimal during your stay, I will need to access it every two days. I will only need a few minutes, and of course we will agree on a time that is convenient for you, fully respecting your time, your holiday and your privacy. -The tourist tax: The cost is €1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 stay for free. The tourist tax is paid for the first 7 days of stay.
