Exit Time (check out): 12:00 noon. 2) Respect the neighborhood, behave politely and not make noise to disturb the neighbors. 3) Using well-prepared furniture and appliances. 4) Always prioritize safety and cleanliness. 5) Please make sure all doors & windows are closed/locked if not in the homestay. PLEASE DO NOT leave any valuables in the homestay. 6) Avoid wasting water and electricity. 7) it IS PROHIBITED to nail @ mingling the walls inside or outside the homestay. 8) NO PETS ALLOWED inside the homestay. 9) Legally incorrect materials and prohibited by the Authority are NOT ALLOWED at all. 10) Only halal food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the homestay. Liquor/alcohol IS NOT ALLOWED at all. 11) Do not throw anything (especially sanitary towels) into the toilet bowl to keep it from clogging. 12) Report any damage that occurs as soon as you start receiving the homestay key.
