JPR Villa now renamed Villa Serenity Le Sejour Pondicherry is a French Style Villa located on the Serenity Beach Road, East Coast Road (ECR) Kottakuppam, 3kms from Pondicherry White town and 1.5Km from Pondicherry airport. The villa has 5 executive AC bedrooms, attached bathrooms, LED TV, a kitchen, and a play area. It is an excellent place for friends and family to enjoy the holidays on the beautiful and clean Serenity beach with tasty sea foods and more importantly in a less crowd. The space Property Room Allocation and Guest Policy: This property is a mini resort comprises five fully air-conditioned rooms, along with various other amenities. Each room is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests (Adults), and one child thereby allowing a total occupancy of ten guests and five children when all five rooms are booked. An additional charge of ₹500 per extra guest will be applicable for occupancy exceeding the standard room capacity. Please note that the room rate displayed on Airbnb is calculated per guest. To book the entire property exclusively, a reservation must be made for a minimum of eight guests. In such cases, four rooms will be allotted, and the remaining one room will be kept closed to ensure the guests' privacy and comfort but not during peak seasonal holidays. If the reservation is made for six or fewer guests, rooms will be allocated proportionately based on the number of guests, and the unutilized rooms may be made available for booking by other guests. We kindly request all guests to review this policy before confirming their reservation to ensure clarity and avoid any inconvenience during their stay. Guest access Guests who book the entire villa will have exclusive access to all areas of the property, including all rooms and amenities, for the duration of their stay. However, in the case of shared occupancy with other guests, access to certain areas will be regulated to ensure privacy and comfort for all parties. Specifically: Swimming pool usage will be scheduled in designated time slots to accommodate all guests fairly. Entry into rooms or private spaces allotted to other guests is strictly prohibited. We kindly request all guests to adhere to these guidelines to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone. During your stay Please be respectful and courteous when interacting with other guests on the property. Avoid entering areas or rooms allocated to other guests, unless specifically invited. Use of shared amenities such as the swimming pool or lounge areas should be done in a considerate manner, keeping noise levels minimal, especially during early morning or late evening hours. Any disputes or concerns regarding co-guests must be reported to the host immediately for appropriate resolution. Other things to note Property Layout: The villa consists of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living hall, dining area, indoor games zone, and a private swimming pool. The villa is located within a gated compound with covered parking for up to four cars. Room Allocation: Room allotment is based on the number of guests booked. Per room two guests (adults) plus one kid is allowed. To ensure privacy and complete usage, minimum 8 guests have to book. If less than 8 guests means, unused rooms may be allowed for other guests booking. Swimming Pool Usage: Pool usage is time-regulated when multiple groups are present. Kindly follow the designated time slots and pool safety rules displayed on-site. Power Backup: The villa is equipped with a backup inverter/genset supporting lights and fans. Heavy appliances such as air conditioners and geysers may not function during power cuts. CCTV Surveillance: For the safety of all guests, CCTV cameras are installed in common exterior areas. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or nuisance of any kind is strictly discouraged. Guest Identification: Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in, in compliance with local regulations. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Linen changes are done once every two days for longer stays. Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Consumption of alcohol is permitted, but we request responsible behavior at all times. Pets: Pets are currently not allowed.
