The apartment is fully furnished and has been completely renovated and completed in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The nearest bus stop is 150 meters away. You can easily get to the city center by public transport in about 25 minutes with frequent departures or 20 minutes by car. The space The apartment is located in our property on the first floor. Once you pass the balcony, you'll find the entrance at the first red double doors. The hall/living room is airy with 3.3 meters in ceiling height. Here you can sink down on the couch and enjoy a movie. The sofa bed can easily be turned into a 120 cm bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious living room with a modern kitchen and open floor plan. In the master bedroom, there is a 160 cm double bed, dressing room and a separate workplace. In the smaller bedroom, there are 2 single beds with forest views. In the bathroom, there is a large spacious shower, washing machine and dryer that can be used freely. Here you can enjoy the underfloor heating. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. All rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own newly built balcony of 30 square meters in a south-facing location with outdoor furniture. A parking space in the driveway is included. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with consumables that are sufficient for a few days' stay. This is included at no extra cost: Coffee, coffee filters, tea, dishwasher tablets, dish detergent, laundry detergent, color and white laundry, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, oil and spices. There are extra bed linens and towels.
